What we did this week:
1. We set our aim:
"By May, we want all students and teachers to feel safe, confident, engaged, and excited about both reading and using their reading skills to process their learning and thinking with others."
2. We read an excerpt from the introduction to Deeper Reading by Kelly Gallagher, and discussed it using the "Save the Last Word for Me" protocol
3. We prepared to interview two students about their experience of reading, in order to better understand the obstacles that prevent students from reaching our aim. 4. We looked at examples of Change Packages from last year
